Who is the Media & ADS Specialist?
Is the main person responsible for the development and ideation of advertising campaigns for products, services, and/or brands to be conveyed on one or more communication media present in the national and international market. They plan, prepare, and present the campaign's contents to the reference clients. They specialise in different advertising channels, both online and offline, such as television, radio, print, OOH, search engine ads, digital banners, etc.
Among the main activities, they will have to collaborate with the Artistic Production Team (for the ideation of the best contents to be conveyed, for the management of the main Digital Advertising platforms for planning, planning, budgeting, offering strategy, and monitoring) and maintain a relationship with the main Media centres (for the purchase of advertising space on physical media).

Educational Skills
The Media & ADS Specialist must possess application skills of an academic nature, in terms of: statistical, IT and economics models. Furthermore, he must have a background in Marketing and Communication with knowledge of the main user experience techniques, in order to guide the psychological and sociological process of consumption of potential and actual customers.
Analytical Skills
Skills aimed at analysing and extracting, from a purely technical point of view and through appropriate tools and instruments, the main data and information related to the current status of a Website or other digital touch-points, with the aim of detecting problems and errors in SEO optics, potential criticalities and any areas for improvement for its optimisation.
Skills in SEO
Skills in Search Engine Optimisation require knowledge of all activities aimed at optimising, indexing, and ranking a Website or its content on major search engines (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc.), in order to appear among the top results on SERP (Search Engine Results Page) and increase organic traffic volume. To achieve this, it is necessary to perform activities such as analysis, keyword research, identification of the target audience, optimisation of meta tags, meta descriptions, and alt text, etc.
Skills in SEM & SEA
Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimisation techniques in terms of advertising. Use of major digital applications, Native Advertising such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ad, Sky Advertising Manager, etc. Ability to carry out activities such as link building, landing page creation, SMM, PPC campaigns, DEM, etc.
Ability to use CMS
Knowledge and use of the main CMS (Content Management System) for the management and publication of textual and graphic content for website pages, blog posts, etc. Among the main CMS to know are: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, MediaWiki, ExpressionEngine, Magnolia, HubSpot, Tilda, and Wix.
CRM Skills
Knowledge and expertise in using the main CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for collecting, monitoring, and presenting data from internal company sources, such as customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders. Among the main CRMs to know are: Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.
