To effectively tell and communicate a message, individuals with a solid artistic background are essential to us. Therefore, we are looking for Photographers who specialise in shooting for advertising campaigns, commercial illustrative materials, etc., as well as Video Makers & Editors who dedicate themselves to producing commercial and advertising videos, using techniques typical of the Film industry, following the entire construction process (from conception to post-production).
Among the main activities they will have to perform are the development of creative concepts, the creation of storyboards, the actual production of audiovisual material (following direction, editing, etc.) to create all the visual material to be used for marketing and corporate communication campaigns.

Skills
Photographer
To create a high-quality product, it is necessary to have:
- Knowledge of photography techniques;
- Photo editing skills using professional software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, GIMP, RawTherapee, etc.);
- Creativity and artistic sensitivity, in terms of ideas and direction;
- Ability to set up the context (construction of sets, management of lighting, use of scenographic elements, etc.);
- Attention to detail;
- Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace;
- Communication skills.
Video Maker & Editor
To create high-quality advertising videos with a cinematic touch, we require the Video Maker to have the following expertise:
- Knowledge of cinematographic and photographic techniques;
- Ability to perform Video Editing using professional software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightworks, etc.);
- Creativity and artistic sensitivity, in terms of ideation and direction;
- Narrative, storytelling, and communication skills;
- Contextual ability (set construction, lighting management, sound management, use of scenographic elements, etc.);
- Attention to detail;
- Adaptability and work flexibility.
Universal Skills
To complete the specific competencies and knowledge for these roles, universal skills are also required, such as:
- Knowledge of advertising media (traditional and digital) for formats, technical specifications, etc.;
- Basic knowledge of the main market sectors (for advertising trends, communication styles, etc.);
- Organizational and Management skills;
Multitasking; - Propensity for problem solving.
