Briefing
The proposed Production Process by Emotions for Business always begins with a meeting between us and the client: this is called Brief. This is a fundamental moment during which a series of data useful for the ideation and development of the project for the client company are collected. We believe that this is a basic and essential prerequisite for the successful outcome of the project and the achievement of the desired objectives. This first phase represents a moment of getting to know each other and reciprocal exchange that, for us of the Team, will continue throughout the entire duration of the project. The cornerstone of our approach is, in fact, the establishment of a two-way relationship that allows both parties to be fully involved in the project. At the end of this first meeting, a “dossier” will be produced, containing a series of information of various kinds regarding the Client Company, the reference context, and future expectations.
Listening
Of an Analytical Nature, this area is based on active listening to the target audience and the markets subject to consultancy. The goal is to detect Customer Insights, emerging market trends, Brand/Product Sentiment, and to perform Company Audit, Social & Web Listening, Competitive Intelligence (benchmarking activities). These are all a series of information necessary for the definition of the Brand Strategy.
Production
The creative phase is focused on ideation and production of editorial content based on the analysis carried out during the Listening phase.
